The Dremel will do a lot less damage and is easier to handle in the tight space. Then I’d either fabricate an inspection plate/cover to cover the hole and paint it to match the truck (like a 4 x 4 metal electrical cover). If you have carpeting in the interior stockinteriors.com sells these carpet panels that will cover it up and you won’t see the access panel.
