no, I don't have onea that style motor or switch, those pics came from someone else here some time ago - I think the wiring should be shown in the 58 or 59 shope manuals .... I'd think 2 + pins, ON[slow] and fast .... I'd think [being at most a 2 year item, not all 58's had that style] it'll be hard to find an original
