I must be missing something, I don't see where that does any thing more than a $3.99 seven function DMM from Harbor Freight can do.
If you want a buzzer for continuity, then splurge and buy the fancy DMM for $19.99, in diode check it beeps, also checks volts, amps, resistance, inductance, capacitance, temperature, and frequency.
Seems like a better use for the buck.
