Seriously? A belly pan?
Sure the belly pan sounds like a cool project but wouldn't this be a more appropriate route:
Check and replace as needed: Door seals, window seals, vent seals, firewall grommets, carpet or rubber mat, add sound deadening or firewall insulation.
Just seems like that would be much more productive approach than a belly pan.
