I have a 51 Chevy half ton with a 235 out of a 55 Sedan Delivery. While driving today I noticed that the oil pressure jumped to 60 psi when driving down the road. I traveled about 2 miles. When I take my foot of the gas, the pressure drops to 40 psi. Before when driving, it always stayed at mid-level around 40 psi. When stopped, if I just tap the gas pedal the gauge jumps to 60 and then back to 40. Is this normal or something I need to look into?
