Good advise; as said, a lot can happen in 20 years. Also, rebuilt can be anything from a total rebuild, boring, crank turned,ect,ect to just a lick and a promise. Check it out in person.

Unless ridiculously cheap, or you have more money than sense, it's not worth the chance. Go take a look at it first, at least some pictures.... a lot could have happened in 20 years
