I saw a post in a thread lately talking about heat baffles that are rusted in place, but didn't talk about how to free it up. Well, mine is rusted in place. I can move it about 1/64th of an inch.
Any good ways to get these freed up? Heat won't work, 'cause it is hot quite often anyway. Also, I presume they stick shut. I just got a truck to start after many years sitting and it runs fine, but I imagine this is restricting the power somewhat.
