For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Nov 2008 Posts: 153 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Nov 2008 Posts: 153 | I'm about to start the wiring for my tail lights on my 64 C30 flat-bed. All I have currently is the original wires that run down the frame rail (good shape) that have been cut clean about 2/3 of the way back. I'm thinking of going to the local u-pull it, and getting a harness from a later model truck with the removable plug set up, so that I can get the trailer wire interface plug that goes inline. Am I all wrong in thinking this would be the best way to do it? I can do basic wiring and such, but this just seems like it would be the easiest/cleanest solution....??? What do you guys think? | | |
