Casting #s are 3769716 and the numbers stamped behind the distributor are F1130B. I used this tool to look it up.....
http://www.adchevy.com/tools/castinglookup/?castingnumber=3764476&submit=Lookup#and it appears to be a '58-62 235 doesn't say car or truck so I'm not sure, but if you follow my link at the bottom of the page it will take you to pix of the motor out of the truck and sitting in the frame as well.
