You need an intake that has the bolt pattern that is specfic to these heads, late model guided rocker arms, center bolt valve covers, the valve guides need to be machined down to clear over about .450 lift, valve springs to match the cam you use, and I like to drill a 1/8" hole in the thermostat because the vortec heads bolck the bypass passage in the block.
