That looks like a 3800 series 1 ton to me. check out the links below, to the '50 model 1 ton I had. That's a 9 ft. 1 ton bed, in the photo you posted. There was never a '47-'54 1 1/2, or 2 ton pickup. However, there was a 1 1/2 ton pickup available through 1946.
