I used to heat my shop with a natural gas furnace,but it got too expensive.I now have a wood burning stove in my shop which works out very well.Get up early in the morning,then go out there and get a fire going.Come back in the house for coffee and breakfast,and back out to the shop where it is getting nice and warm.Works for me.Oh yeah and I buy slab wood from a local saw mill,so it is pretty cheap to heat with.
