Hello, i have a cousin stationed at Elmandorf. Woo Hoo cold! You say you have a deluxe heater? Disregard this if you have already checked it. Do you also have the little door that opens and closes that is inside the heater box on the oustside of the firewall? Is it working properly? Have you confirmed that the heater core gets warm, by opening that access cover on the heater box.Thats the only 2 things i can come up with.Hope this helps.
