Try Jim Carter Truck Parts. They have glass and/or templates to take to a local glass company to have them cut. Flat glass is easy to cut. Make absolutly sure all the window guides and seals are in good shape. Make sure all the rubber bumpers are in the door. The latch should be in very good shape and adjusted properly. No Slamming the door!

I always roll the window all the way closed so the glass is supported when shutting the door. Good Luck!
