Thanks for advice. I am going to the junkyard and see if a plastic shroud off of some other vehicle could be modifed.

The boiled and repaired radiator went back in without a hitch. The new water pump fits. I even painted it red to flash up the engine:-). A new thermostat, upper and lower rad hoses, and a few other odds and ends and its finished. Now to try rebuilding the windows/doors. They need it all.
