it'd be a really good idea to get that door working right
before you do any painting, unless you think painting it twice would be fun
there should be slight adjustment of the door via shifting the hinge bolts a bit, both on the pillar and in the door
pretty sure you won't find the dovetail reproduced, have to find a good used one, maybe in the parts wanted here, and for a temporary fix, build that one back to shape with braze
