| | | | Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 1,107 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 1,107 | i take out two top corner bolts diagnally and bolt a short little chain on it and it hangs perfectly level that is after you remove the shifter of coarse. i go in thru the pass. door with the lift. adjust the chain length so that you dont hit the dash with the end of the lift when your at your highest point where the input shaft is at the right height to push it into the throwout bearing. due to the configuration of the 40 i didnt have enough reach. there i just slid a 4' 11/4" pipe into the end of the hoist arm to get the reach i needed. | | |
