It's pretty much the Kiss of Death for that cab. If the area over the windshield is that bad, many other areas will be compromised as well. The A pillars are likely to be heavily affected. The replacement panels are available but not from the commonly used companies. You'll have to look for them. If it's a rough and ready kind of truck, then roll with it. But if this one is your dream truck, go with 63lwc10's example and get a new cab. I got 2 cabs before I found the right one from California.
