Once again I need some expert advise. I recently put in a 1953 235 motor into my 1953 chevy 3100 pickup truck. I am pretty sure the motor came out of a car and the modifications went very good. Swapped transmission, bell housing, etc..
My question is this: Does the 235 need to have the "oil canister" put on it? There doesn't seem to be the oil lines like the 216 had. Does anyone know? Are there pictures showing the oiling lines available out there somewhere? Up close pictures of the "drivers" side of the engine would be very helpful if someone out there has those, showing the oil lines. I really would appreciate any and all input.
