Used a kit from ABS in Orange, California
http://www.abspowerbrake.com/If I had it to do over I would cut out the recessed section of the frame web out, section in a plate flush with the rest of the frame and then drill/fit their box/bracket. That way the steering column remains closer to the center of the hole in the floor. You cut the stock column to fit using their kit and fab up a support at the floor for the column.
