Do you have to be a VCCA member in order to contact the VCCA member who stamps them for users?
I assume that a person would need a valid original ID plate in order for someone to stamp those numbers into a reproduction plates (for legal reasons)? This is a general question (it looks like AVP60 has an original ID plate).
I have original plates that have been cracked/dented and it would be nice to be able to get my IDs onto reproduction plates (even though the 1954 reproduction plates do not provide an original-sized "window" for the stamping).
