You tint gonna see feel any difference in the performance just by light porting or deburring. All of that comes into play when you’re doing a lot of other modification and trying to milk every last pony out of an engine. Of course if you don't have anything better to do and want to spend the time it surly won't hurt anything. You have to consider the fact that if GM could have squeezed a few more horses out of their engines buy deburring the castings that they certainly would have.
