Try to get your hands on a "dent" puller. It's a tool that welds a nail stud onto the panel, then take a slide hammer/puller to work out the dents. Google dent puller and you'll see what I'm taking about. Otherwise you'll have to drill holes, pull, then weld them shut, more chance to warp the metal.
