Hi there,
I am a novice restoring a '54 Chevy truck. I swapped in a '55 engine and purchased the short water pump and pulley so the radiator would fit. I installed it, placed the spacer on next to allow clearance for the harmonic balancer and then attached the fan. My challenge now is the really small space in between the fan and the radiator and getting them both to fit.
Does anyone out there have any tricks that have worked to get the radiator to line up without being obstructed by the fan blade?
Any ideas are appreciated.
