i used the 6 clyinder bellhousing, worked perfect. just buy v8 motor mounts. the perches that hold the motor supports will have to be changed. of course you will need v8 starter. the v8 bellhousing and 6 clyinder housing bolts up the same. i checked with machine shop and the guy told me to use 6 clyinder flywell which i did. works great for me. 256-856-2115 richard.hope this helps.
