I think they press off. If this is done without the proper setup, your pulley WILL for be in two pieces.
My question is why are you taking it off! I just checked, and most replacement pumps come with the pulley installed.
From a rebuild standpoint, I don't know if a kit is available to do the job, but a rebuilt or new unit from one of the parts houses, or bolt suppliers sure would seem like the best way to go. Good luck.
