pros: none .... unless you need a real low 1st gear or prefer a floor shift
cons: lotsa fuss for no gain whatever, and ya gotta find the right floor cover for it or cut a good size hole in the 3spd one
if you're looking for a better high gear, note that they both have 1:1 top ratio
