C10 and base C20 had coils, leaf springs were the heavy duty option on C20 and standard on the C30. I have heard of a possibility of the leaf option on C10, though I've never seen one. GMC used leaves on all models. Could be a possibility that either you have a GMC frame or the rear section of a GMC frame was grafted on.
