A frame swap is nevery a trivial exercise, even if you are just moving the body to an identical frame.
'63 is the first year of the basic suspension design that was used up to '87. Swapping that front suspension is one approach.
The rear suspension on the '63 could be either coil or leaf. I think if its leaf swapping to the '87 would be easier than a frame swap. Even if its coil the suspension swap might be easier.
You might want to start with a careful evaluation of the individual parts. A damaged frame, currently under either truck, could be the reason to swap or not swap.
