I have an unusual question for all of you.
Does anyone know what weight oil goes into the oil bath air cleaner for a single barrel rochester carb?
also I was wondering has anyone ever opened up the oil bath air cleaner and modified it to hold a modern air filter. I thought this would make for less of a mess, and still look original.
I had logged a question a while back about getting to much gas and not enough air into the carb, well it turned out I was using to heavy of a weight of motor oil in the breather. I switched to an after market filter, but would like to find a way to use the original parts. Thanks for any help you can supply.
