Danhami I'm surprised to hear you're having trouble with that. When I did that job on my '36 Chevy pickup all it took was drilling out the peened over section of the stud and then knocking it out with a punch. It was snug like a rivet but not seized.
Did the shop that did the job for you explain what the problem was?
