Flat out LMC has screwed up too many of my orders for me to ever recommend them again.
Classic Parts does not list the bolts on their website, but they do list them and the shims in the printed catalog. I would give them a call and see if they actually do still carry them. Part number from the catalog is:
74-372 - Control arm shaft bolt upper
74-381 - Control arm shaft shim upper
