The bushing in the spring eye was tight like it's supposed to be. Its just the bushings in the frame mount. I got my bushings from LMC Truck. All the other parts that I've gotten from them so far have been fine. But another alternative to buying a new set and using any kind of glue would be a plug weld on the bushing. Just thought of this. You don't get much penetration on the bushing if you tack the outsides. Take the bushing out, drill a hole through the frame mount towards the bore (probably an 1/8 inch or so maybe a little more) stick the bushing back in and fill the hole in with a plug weld. I know this isn't quite the correct way but Im pretty sure this would hold well. Just don't use too much heat to warp bushing. The only problem that I see with this would be that you won't be able to replace that bushing again without getting a new frame mount. Any thoughts on this Denny?
