Hi. I have a '36 Chevy 1.5 ton, and recently found the engine to be a 1939 216. I am still in the research phase of my project, and have been told by some that I will need to upgrade my engine's oiling system...and also by others that the stock oiling system will work perfectly for "non-interstate" driving. I am a driver, I enjoy driving, and plan to drive the old '36 around town alot, but not on any 75mph interstates! Can I get some feedback from you guys in here who have experience with this please? What do you think? To upgrade or not to upgrade...that is the question.
Thanks!!
Jeff
