I have been in the used class 8 truck business for 25 years, build dump trucks and have stretched, shortened, or double framed hundreds of big trucks and this is how we shorten them. I did not see the tv show. I will take a look though. I have a complete 65 LWB frame that I am pulling out of a 65 chevy. I was able to find 2 swb frame in 2 days so I did not have to shorten it.
