You should be able to locate a fan blade by running an ad in the wanted section. I parted out a '54 2 ton so I'm using the 261 and shroud from that truck. You could probably use the smaller fan but it might affect cooling???? I think I have other radiators and several shrouds if you don't have one or can't find one.
