A good rule of thumb is tighten to ½ turn before it breaks.
But seriously folks, from a chart that came with my Bush Hog, grade 8 ½-13 bolts, 106 ft-lb. Grade 8 ½-20 bolts, 120 ft-lb. Grade 8 7/16-14 bolts, 70 ft-lb. Grade 8 7/16-20 bolts, 78 ft-lb.
