If it will fit, I used an OTC Balljoint press. I messed it up a little, but it's ok. Absolutely heavily grease the threads. You will make a mess! I had a breaker bar on it and used the handle out of my floor jack. MAN! Those kindpins were in TIGHT! (from the rust/years.) Either the press was going to break or the kingpins would come out. The latter happened.
A new OTC balljoint press costs around $129. I recommend it highly. The replacement kingpins wobbled in the axle a very little bit. I made the decision to go with standard pins.
