| | | | Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 1,107 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 1,107 | duplicolor 1607 gmc red/orange is probably the closet youll get in a can. i did my 51 270 with that and its holding up well after 5 years. i also painted my wheels the same color on my 40 and it matches the color of the truck perfectly which for 1940 it was pimernel scarlet. if you decide to use the 1607 make sure it says it on the can. there is a chevy orange that is not as brilliant and has a different number but i cant recall what it is.. | | |
