ctreser Junior Member C Joined: Apr 2004 Posts: 4 ohio	I swapped a saginaw 2 ring 4 speed into my 53 gmc and I love it. It's better through the gears. First gear is not quite as low as stock. Gets through traffic alot better. I'm also running a 3.08 gear. Oh! and an open driveline. I'm also using Patrick's custom Hurst shifter kit. Shifter sits real nice in the cab with this kit. Mine was originally a 3 on the column.
