Joe,
I took an old oil bath air cleaner, pulled out the guts, and cut off most of the outer flange. This outer flange was visible from the outside just so it looked like the original oil bath.
I took the whole thing to Autozone and fitted it with a paper filter. I am sorry but the air cleaner went with the truck when I sold it. I don't know the filter number.
You may be able to do this and find the right filter. If this is what you are thinking.
