$20 one is probably made in china out of Ford scrap metal. I would avoid it. Check your local autoparts store for options and ask for US made replacements.
The headlight switch has a button on it behind the dash. You turn it all the way to the left, push the button and hold it and then pull the headlights on and the knob with shaft comes out of the switch. Once that is out of the way you can take the bezel off with a screwdriver.
