A suggestion, moved lots of stuff this way.
Make that trip to Harbour Freight and buy a roll around 4 wheel dolly, about $8. I used one of these to move a 350. Lay that motor on a piece of plywood. Use some 2x6 for a ramp.Slide the motor down the ramp onto the dolly. Now you are ready to drink beer. Better yet buy 2 dollys.
