| | | | Joined: Feb 2003 Posts: 129 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Feb 2003 Posts: 129 | Not sure about the US but I remember back in 1980 or 81 Chevrolet in Canada was selling 4 door Malibu's with 3 speed manual transmissions. The car were very basic and plain.
The story the dealership had was the Chev had a large order from some country in the Middle East for a bunch of these cars and the deal fell through, but they had already built the cars.
It was a 3 speed manual with a floor shifter. | | |
