2 Things
1. Turn motor by hand and make sure bell housing pointer is pointing at steel ball on flywheel (it will appear after the triangle mark) at that point make sure the distributor rotor is pointed at #1 AND the #1 valves are closed (up all the way). Make sure the points are just barely open and on top of lobe of distributor.
2. Make sure vacuum hose from manifold to wipers is intact
