I got my glass installed today. It was a PITA to get it out, but going in was a breeze. The channel part that the rollers go into and the window bolts to, slipped off and had to enlist my daughter's skinny arms to retrieve it. That was fun! Not! I did not install new felt because those doors will get replaced in the near future.
