Yep, measure the diameter of a cup and the length across the joint with cups installed, and note how they are clipped or retained in the yoke.
Then any good parts store should have them on the shelf.
If they stumble at first, ask to look at a Spicer 1350 series U-joint, just a guess, but I suspect that's what you have.

I'd buy a Spicer brand joint before any others, you may need to shop around to find a parts place that sells them, not all do.
