Kelsey Hayes wheel #32653 was sourced on Chevy and GMC trucks across a wide range of years. It is as you say a 16" x 4.5" having 6 lug x 5.5" circle. Chevy part #3694214 and GMC part #2265087. Various references give different application dates, but for sure it was available on all of the first series trucks from 48 to 55.
