Be aware of the quoted price. Check your invoice when you get the items. When I first started I made a a rather large order. One of the items I ordered was an upper mast bearing with horn wire listed at 35 bucks. When I got the order it was billed at over 70 dollars. I call and was told by the (lady)that passed for customer no service, that was the price and tough. Had I not ruined the original. I would have ripped that repro part out and sent it back. And like I told her I am going to spend a lot of cash on my truck, but I won't spend another penny with JC. In the intrest of being fair, it seems my experience is in the minority. With the exception of a few it seems everybody else has had very positive dealings with Jim Carter. Yes you have to go to check out to see the price of an item. You do not have to check out to view the shopping cart. It is just a poorly designed shopping cart system. Like a lot of revamped sites, It makes the site less user friendly.
