Hell-o all, this is my 1st post on this site, seems like a great site
based on past reviews ! I need some help / info... I have a 1953
3/4 GMC, I have installed a sb 350 with Edelbrock manifold with a 650cfm Edelbrock carb, now the problem: when I park it in the garage overnight, the next day smells of gas, some days more than others, I have added a neopreme spacer to cut down on percolation of fuel & replaced all lines, cut rubber fuel lines to minimum, put a new tank with a baffle / fuel filter on the breather...I'm thinking that maybe the fuel pump (stock unit) may be running to much pressure to the carb...has anyone come across this problem ! The "SMELL" is defenitly coming from the front / eng. comp...any info
would be appreciated...Thanks, B
